Coast Guard Issues Temporary Regulation for Portland Bridges to Accommodate Annual Pedal Event

The Coast Guard has temporarily altered the operating schedule of four Multnomah County bridges crossing the Willamette River in Portland, OR, to enable safe passage for participants in the annual Portland Providence Bridge Pedal event.
