Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee to Review International Convention Policy Documents

A public meeting of the Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee will review Task Statement 87, focusing on the implementation of the December 24, 2013 International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping, and updates to national endorsements rulemaking.
