Coast Guard Proposes Rate Adjustments for Great Lakes Pilotage Services

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing rate adjustments for pilotage services on the Great Lakes, following a review and update of rates last made in March 2014, to align with the Canadian Great Lakes Pilotage Authority's rate increase and to cover training costs.
