Coast Guard Announces Full Enforcement of Dry Cargo Residue Discharge Rule on Great Lakes

The U.S. Coast Guard has received approval to enforce its final rule on discharging bulk dry cargo residue on the Great Lakes, which promotes maritime safety and stewardship, following a January 2014 approval from the Office of Management and Budget.
