Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Changes to Marine Regulations for MRE Tug of War in Spa Creek, Annapolis, MD

The US Coast Guard is proposing to temporarily adjust the enforcement periods of special local regulations for the MRE Tug of War, a recurring marine event, to ensure public safety during the event, which is scheduled to take place on November 8, 2014.
