Coast Guard Proposes Safety Zone for Underwater Detonation Operations in Guam

The US Coast Guard proposes to establish a safety zone in outer Apra Harbor, Guam, from 2 p.m. on November 5, 2014, to 4 p.m. on November 6, 2014, to protect persons and vessels from potential safety hazards during an underwater detonation operation.
