Extension of the Designation of Honduras for Temporary Protected Status

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is extending the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for Honduras for 18 months, from January 6, 2015, through July 5, 2016. This allows currently eligible TPS beneficiaries to retain their status until July 5, 2016, as long as they continue to meet the eligibility requirements.
