Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee to Discuss Coast Guard Rule Implementation via Teleconference

The Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee will hold a public teleconference meeting to review the Coast Guard's final rule on implementing amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, and changes to national endorsements.
