Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed eCollection eComments Requested New Collection (Previously Submitted as an Emergency Collection) FIX NICS Act State Implementation Plan Survey

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Criminal Justice Information Services Division, is requesting OMB approval for a new information collection related to the Fix NICS Act State Implementation Plan Survey. This submission follows a previously published request in 2018, which allowed for a 60-day comment period.
