Department of Justice Requests OMB Approval for ATF Form 3210.12 Information Collection

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is seeking OMB approval to extend its Currently Approved Collection Certification of Qualifying State Relief From Disabilities Program without any changes, and is requesting public comments on the proposed extension.
