Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Review and Approval

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Criminal Justice Information Services Division, is seeking OMB approval for a revised information collection related to the Flash/Cancellation/Transfer Notice (I-12), following a previously published notice in the Federal Register in 2019.
