Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for ATF Form 3210.12

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget for a new information collection related to the Certification of Qualifying State Relief From Disabilities Program, as outlined in ATF Form 3210.12.
