U.S. Department of Justice Amends Immigration Review Regulations

The Department of Justice has published an interim rule updating the organizational structure of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), including changes to the Office of Policy, Office of the General Counsel, and Office of Legal Access Programs, and clarifying the authority of the EOIR Director to adjudicate cases following changes to the Recognition and Accreditation Program.
