DOJ ATF Submits Request for Revision of FEL Out of Business Records Information Collection

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is requesting OMB approval to revise its FEL Out of Business Records information collection, which has seen an increase in respondents and associated costs since its last renewal in 2016.
