DOJ Bureau of ATF Submits Information Collection Request for Revised Federal Firearms License Form

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is requesting OMB review and approval for a revised version of ATF Form 5300.38, an application for an amended federal firearms license, due to reduced respondent burden since its last renewal in 2016.
