US Department of Justice to Rescind Foreign Claims Settlement Commission Records

The US Department of Justice is proposing to rescind records held by the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission, following the transfer of custody to the National Archives, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and OMB Circular A-108.
