Office on Violence Against Women Submits Information Collection Request for FAV Program Semi-Annual Performance Reporting Form

The Office on Violence Against Women, Department of Justice, is seeking review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget for a new information collection request related to the Semi-Annual Performance Reporting Form for the Victims of Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking Program (FAV Program), as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
