DOJ Requests OMB Review and Approval for Information Collection on Complaint and Consent Form

The Department of Justice is seeking OMB approval to extend the public comment period for a previously approved information collection, the Complaint and Consent Form, without any changes, as part of its ongoing efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
