U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Releases Draft Comprehensive Conservation Plan and Environmental Assessment for San Diego National Wildlife Refuge

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available a draft plan outlining its proposed management strategy for the San Diego National Wildlife Refuge over the next 15 years, in accordance with federal laws and regulations.
