U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service Extend Public Comment Period for Draft Policy on Endangered Species Act

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service are extending the public comment period for their draft policy on implementing section 4(b)(2) of the Endangered Species Act, which was originally set to expire on a certain date, until a new date has been established.
