U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Approves Programmatic Take Permit for Golden Eagles at Shiloh IV Wind Project in California

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced the availability of a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and final Environmental Assessment (FEA) for a 5-year programmatic take permit for golden eagles at the Shiloh IV Wind Project in Solano County, California, in association with the operation of the wind project, an affiliate of EDF Renewable Development, Incorporated.
