Receipt of Incidental Take Permit Applications for Transfer of Permits

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received two applications to transfer permits associated with two habitat conservation plans under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). The new landowners have agreed to assume the responsibilities of the original permits, which will be transferred if the applicants meet the ESA's issuance criteria and other requirements.
