U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Requests Comments on Proposed Authorization for Incidental Harassment of Northern Sea Otters

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received applications from Apache Alaska Corporation, SAExploration, Inc., LLC, and BlueCrest Energy, Inc. to take small numbers of northern sea otters from the Southcentral stock for oil and gas exploration activities in Cook Inlet, Alaska, and is seeking public comments on the proposed authorization.
