Clarification of Appeal Procedures

The Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) and Office of Hearing and Appeals (OHA) are updating and clarifying regulations related to appeals of ONRR correspondence and the final administrative nature of unpaid or unappealed ONRR orders.
