Department to Accept Comments on Proposed Rights-of-Way Rule

The Department will accept public comments on a proposed rule governing rights-of-way on Indian land until November 28, 2014, aiming to update and streamline the process for obtaining BIA grants, while supporting tribal self-determination and self-governance.
