OSMRE Requests Comments on Underground Mining Permit Applications Information Collection

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is seeking public comments on its information collection request for Underground Mining Permit Applications--Minimum Requirements for Reclamation and Operation Plan, which has been forwarded to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and comment.
