U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Requests Comments on Permit Application for Endangered Arroyo Toad

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public input on a permit application from Pauma Estates, Inc. for a 5-year incidental take permit for the endangered arroyo toad, as part of a proposed Habitat Conservation Plan.
