Date Set for Revised Company Registration Rules to Take Effect
The US Securities and Exchange Commission has announced the effective date for the revised company registration requirements, following a public comment period that began in February 2013 and closed on April 15, 2013, as outlined in a Federal Register notice (78 FR 10614)
