Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC Seeks Long-Term Authorization to Export LNG to Non-FTA Countries for 20 Years

Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC has submitted an application to the Department of Energy for long-term authorization to export liquefied natural gas (LNG) to countries without a free trade agreement (FTA) requiring national treatment for trade in natural gas and LNG, in addition to countries with an existing FTA.
