U.S. Department of Energy Proposes Coverage for Wine Chillers and Residential Refrigeration Products

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has proposed determining that wine chillers and other residential refrigeration products with a compressor qualify for energy conservation standards under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), as amended, and is seeking public comment on the proposal.
