Proposed Subsequent Arrangement

The Department of the United States is issuing a notice under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, regarding a proposed subsequent arrangement concerning civil uses of atomic energy with the Republic of Korea, in accordance with the Agreement for Cooperation Between the Government of the United States and the Government of the Republic of Korea Concerning Civil Uses of Atomic Energy and the Agreement for Cooperation in the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy Between the United States and the European Atomic Energy Community.
