Barca LNG LLC Seeks 25-Year Authorization to Export LNG to Non-FTA Countries

Barca LNG LLC has submitted an application to the Department of Energy for long-term authorization to export liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the proposed Barca LNG Terminal in Texas to countries without a free trade agreement, with the potential to export up to 584 billion cubic feet per year.
