U.S. Adopts Final Rules for Customs Regulations Under U.S.-Australia Free Trade Agreement

The U.S. government has adopted final rules for customs regulations, with minor changes, to implement the terms of the United States-Australia Free Trade Agreement. The new rules, which were published in the Federal Register on February 10, 2015, will provide preferential tariff treatment and other customs-related provisions.
