U.S. Imposes Import Restrictions on Syrian Archaeological and Ethnological Material

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection has amended its regulations to restrict the import of Syrian archaeological and ethnological material, in line with the Protect and Preserve International Cultural Property Act, which targets items removed from Syria after March 15, 2011.
