Notice of Change in Status of the Extended Benefit (EB) Program for the Virgin Islands

The US Department of Labor has announced a change in the benefit payment status under the Extended Benefit (EB) program for the US Virgin Islands, triggered by the territory's 13-week insured unemployment rate exceeding 120% of the prior year's rate, starting December 17, 2017.
