OSHA Proposes Changes to NRTL Program Test Standards and Recognition Scopes

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has proposed modifications to the list of approved test standards for the National Testing Laboratory (NRTL) Program and the recognition scopes of several NRTLs, including the testing standards and certification processes for products such as those from 3M and UL.
