Exemptions From Certain Prohibited Transaction Restrictions Issued by the Department of Labor

The Department of Labor has issued exemptions from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the Code) for various retirement plans and organizations, including Health Management Associates, Inc., Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, and EXCO Resources, Inc.
