Black Lung Benefits Act: Medical Benefit Payments

The Department of Labor has finalized a rule revising regulations under the Black Lung Benefits Act to ensure miners receive the same level of care, using payment formulas similar to those used by Medicare and other programs administered by the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs.
