U.S. Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Foreign Agents Registration Act Form NSD-1

The U.S. Department of Justice is seeking OMB approval for a revised version of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) Form NSD-1, which requires foreign agents to register with the U.S. government, as part of its ongoing efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
