US Department of Labor to Host Public Listening Sessions on White Collar Exemption Regulations

The US Department of Labor will conduct public listening sessions to gather feedback on proposed regulations for exempting white-collar workers from federal minimum wage and overtime protections, which are currently set at $7.25 per hour and 1.5 times regular pay for hours over 40 in a workweek.
