Exemptions from Certain Prohibited Transaction Restrictions

The Department of Labor has issued exemptions from ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code for two plans: the Liberty Media 401(k) Savings Plan and CLS Investments, LLC and Affiliates, effective in 2018.
