US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Mexico Steel Pipe Companies Made No Shipments, Rescinds Part of Review Process

The US Department of Commerce has initiated an administrative review of antidumping duties on certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico, covering eight companies, but rescinded the review for four due to withdrawn requests, and found that four other companies made no shipments during the review period.
