Department of Commerce Proposes Amendments to Biographical Files System to Include Social Network Sites

The Department of Commerce is proposing changes to its Biographical Files system, which will allow employees to connect with the public on social networks and solicit feedback, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
