Bureau of Industry and Security Proposes Revisions to Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Unverified List (UVL)

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) is proposing changes to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Unverified List (UVL) to enhance the U.S. Government's ability to verify the bona fides of parties to exports, reexports, or transfers of items subject to the EAR, and to increase visibility into suspicious transactions.
