ATF Proposes Clarification on Special Occupational Tax Payments for Firearms Businesses

The Department of Justice is proposing a rule change to clarify that businesses involved in firearms manufacturing, importing, or dealing must pay a special tax for each business activity conducted at the same location, but not for each license of the same type.
