ATF Proposes Joint Registration for Spouses Under the National Firearms Act

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is proposing a change to Department of Justice regulations that would allow spouses to jointly register and possess firearms under the National Firearms Act (NFA), eliminating the need for a separate transfer application when transferring firearms between registered spouses.
