US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Japanese Nickel-Plated Steel Products Sold at Less Than Fair Value
The US Department of Commerce has determined that diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat-rolled steel products from Japan are being sold in the US at a price lower than their production costs, potentially harming American steel producers.
