Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Amends Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to Enhance Verification of Parties Involved in Exports

The BIS is updating the EAR to require exporters to file AES records for exports involving parties listed on the Unverified List (UVL), suspend license exceptions for such transactions, and add procedures for requesting UVL entry removal or modification.
