SEC Proposes Revisions to Two Existing Systems of Records Under the Privacy Act of 1974

The Securities and Exchange Commission is proposing to update two systems of records, including the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act Requests system and the Backup Care Employee and Family Records system, which were last updated in 2012.
