Variable Insurance Trust, et al. Seek Exemptions for Variable Life Insurance Contracts

Variable Insurance Trust and other applicants are requesting exemptions from certain regulations to allow life insurance companies to hold shares in insurance funds and other investments, including variable annuity and separate accounts, without additional registration requirements.
